Please check the item upon receiving. Please make sure item is in good condition.

* Steamer is functioning well

* Steamer cover is in good condition

* The screw and surface of the steamer is not rusty

* Sauna tent is in good condition as there is no damages such as torn, zip does not work and etc

Headquarters do have the spare part for Sumosauna. Please do refer your seller for any inquiries.

Please do keep your warranty card while receiving sumosauna for reference

If there is any damage upon receiving item, please do return it to the headquarters within 7 days. Postage will be covered by headquarters

Within 1 year, if there is any problem regarding steamer pot, please do refer to our headquarters. Postage will not be covered by headquarters.

Please proceed rm15 for the steamer to be sent back to you by filling in the form below.
